Instead of using a cd player to mix the music can you hook up a computer to the mixer? And if so what are some good brands of mixers to do this? Also is there mixers that allow you to scratch like a turntable? And one last question what software should i look into buying for my computer to do this? Sorry so many questions.

I need almost all of the equipment including, mixer, cd players able to scratch, a mic, amps, speakers and possibly lights. Also keep in please keep in mind that i dont want to spend that much since im a begginer.
